On this occasion, he also met with the president, the secretary-general of the United Nations, and representatives of several countries, including Palestine, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand.

He added that bilateral relations, regional issues, and the situation in the Middle East were discussed with the US Secretary of State. After the US, visits were also made to the UK and Afghanistan, while important meetings were also held in Bangladesh.

According to Ishaq Dar, the Indus Waters Treaty was discussed with experts in the UK, while the ban on direct flights to Pakistan has been lifted. He said that three flights will be operated from Manchester a week, and the national airline is preparing for this.
