ICC fines Suryakumar Yadav and Haris Rauf 30% of match fee

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has taken action against Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav and Pakistani fast bowler Haris Rauf for violating the code of conduct and fined them 30% of their match fee.

According to the cricket website, Suryakumar Yadav was fined for making controversial statements after the match and his position was rejected by the ICC. In addition, he has been barred from making any kind of political statements in the future.

On the other hand, Haris Rauf was fined and given a warning for making unnecessary gestures during the match.

The report further states that Pakistani batter Sahibzada Farhan was not fined but only given a warning for waving his bat like a gun. The ICC has declared both players guilty of level one offences.
