Pakistan Railways Eid Schedule: Routes, Timings, and Security Details

Pakistan Railways has finalized a comprehensive operational plan for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, deploying four specialized train services to link major provincial hubs. According to official sources, the logistics plan has been tailored to manage the peak travel volume observed annually, with a heavy emphasis on security and safety.

The schedule is set to begin on March 16 with a Lahore-Karachi service, followed by a Quetta to Rawalpindi route and a Karachi to Peshawar journey on March 17. The operation concludes with a final Lahore-bound train from Karachi on March 18. Beyond just increasing the frequency of trips, railway officials have confirmed that additional security personnel and emergency facilities will be stationed at all major stops to guarantee a protected environment for travelers.
