Gold prices have increased significantly for the second consecutive day in the local bullion market, which has pushed the price of gold per tola to a new record.
According to the data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs 5,900, after which its new price became Rs 4,40,936.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 5,058 and closed at Rs 3,78,031. Earlier, a slight improvement of Rs 600 was seen in the gold rate on the previous business day.
According to economic experts, this rise in prices in the local market is the result of the international market trend. After a big increase of $ 59 in the global gold market, gold is trading at $ 4,184 per ounce, the effects of which are also clearly visible in the gold markets of Pakistan.
