Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday, with the local market recording higher rates for both per-tola and 10-gram gold
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 1,100 per tola to Rs 442,036. The rate for 10 grams also increased by Rs 943 to Rs 378,974.
In the international market, gold prices gained $11 to reach $4,195 per ounce.
The increase in global prices coincided with the rise in domestic rates at the close of the business week.
