The price of gold has increased again in Pakistan’s local bullion market, after which gold per tola became more expensive by Rs 900 to Rs 440,836.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, along with the increase in the price of 24-carat gold per tola, 10 grams of gold also became more expensive by Rs 771, the new price of which was set at Rs 377,946.
Gold rates also increased in the global market. The price per ounce increased by $ 9 to $ 4,183. Changes in global rates are among the factors affecting the local bullion market, while the value of the rupee and local demand also play an important role in determining prices.
On the other hand, there was no change in silver prices. In Pakistan, silver remained at Rs 6,532 per tola and Rs 5,600 per 10 grams.
The recent increase in the price of gold has increased the costs of consumers buying jewelry. It is important for those intending to purchase to find out the latest rates of the local bullion market and the additional wages of jewelry before making a transaction.
