The Pakistan and West Indies two-match Test series commences today in Multan. Pakistan has declared its playing eleven, and it included four changes to the playing eleven. Spinners Nauman Ali and Sajid Khan, who played brilliantly against England, have been selected, and Abrar Ahmed was chosen as the third spinner of the side.
Unswerving to play Test cricket after developing himself as an opener batsman, Mohammad Harirah said, “Playing for the nation is always a great honor.”. I want to make my country proud like my uncle Shoaib Malik did on the field, said Riaz Ullah. Youth need to be encouraged—this is what the Pakistan cricket team needs right now.
It might also be important to note that it is the West Indies team that is on tour for a Test series in Pakistan after a very long time, that too after December 2006.
