The teacher is a martyr, but the killer cannot be called a mujahid, Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, while addressing the in-camera meeting of the parliamentary committee, said that he would call the teacher a martyr, but the one who kills cannot be called a mujahid. He said the absence at the PTI meeting was disappointing, and he would have advised participation if he had been consulted. Maulana Fazlur Rehman made it clear that anyone who takes up arms against the state is a terrorist, and terrorism has no religion or sect. He said that all political forces have to unite against terrorism by forgetting differences, because those who make sacrifices in this war are the chandeliers of our forehead.
