LAHORE: A delegation of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-S) has met Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman in Lahore. The delegation was led by JUI-S Maulana Abdul Haq Sani.
In the meeting, Maulana Abdul Haq Sani expressed his condolences to Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman on the demise of Professor Khurshid Ahmed and paid tribute to the religious, intellectual, and educational services of the late.
He said that Professor Khurshid Ahmed was a valuable asset not only to Pakistan but also to the Muslim Ummah; his thoughts and ideology will always guide.
