Pakistan Warns of Decisive Response Amid Rising Tensions Over Pahalgam Attack

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar told a US broadcaster that India has blamed Pakistan for the Pahalgam attack without any concrete evidence, while the responsibility for the incident lies with India itself.

He said Pakistan has authentic intelligence inputs that India intends to attack Pakistan, and as a responsible state, Pakistan has shared this information with the international community.

Atta Tarar said that Pakistan has offered a fair and transparent investigation into the Pahalgam incident, but India has made allegations without any evidence.

He added that India has no evidence that the militants involved in the Pahalgam attack are based in Pakistan, and the Indian government has not been able to determine a single group involved in the incident.

The Information Minister said that Pakistan is a peaceful country and has always desired peaceful co-existence, but has the right to self-defense.
