Abbaspur: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that by the grace of Allah, India’s pride has been destroyed and Pakistan has achieved a great victory. He was speaking at a “Youm-e-Tashakur” ceremony in Abbaspur near the Line of Control.

He said the entire nation is united and determined at this juncture and expects the present government to take effective steps for a lasting and just solution to the Kashmir issue.

Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that India has faced failure on every front, and Pakistan’s armed forces have paid the price to defend the homeland. Kashmir is not just a geographical issue; it is an ideological issue. This must be done in accordance with UN resolutions.

He urged the international community to play an effective role in resolving the Kashmir issue so that lasting peace prevails in the region.
