PSX 100 declines on the second day of the trading week

Karachi: A bearish trend prevailed on the second day of the business week at the Pakistan Stock Exchange, resulting in a decrease of 718 points in the 100 index. The index closed at 118,971 points at the end of trading.

Although the index once reached a high of 119,900 points during trading, the bearish trend returned due to pressure in the market. Market analysts say that the global economic situation and internal political and economic challenges are affecting the performance of the stock market.
