London: Pakistan Muslim League (N) President and former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has appealed to the United Nations to immediately implement its approved resolutions on Kashmir. Talking to media representatives in London, Nawaz Sharif said that the eyes of the whole world are on the Kashmir issue, and it is the responsibility of the international community to give the Kashmiri people their right to self-determination.
Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan has excellent relations at the international level and friendly countries have always supported Pakistan. He said that the support that Pakistan has received at the international level can play a key role in resolving the Kashmir issue.
He said that the steps taken by the PML-N government have brought about economic improvement and political stability. He said, “We have given relief to the people, and our mission is to put the country back on the path of development.”
Nawaz Sharif, while praising the performance of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and PM Shehbaz Sharif, said that the people voted for the PML-N on the basis of their performance. He recalled the situation of 2017 and said that at that time Pakistan was on the path of development, but the conspiracies of some elements damaged this process. Now the situation is once again moving towards improvement, which is welcome.
