ISLAMABAD: The government has taken a major step for low-income women under the BISP 8171 program. Women who had missed their previous installments will now be given a lump sum payment of Rs 27,000. This amount will be disbursed through authorized agents from June 23, 2025, and beneficiaries will have to complete biometric and identity verification so that they can easily access the money.
According to officials, these payments will be made to women who missed out on previous installments and have now rejoined the system.
