Islamabad : Ameer Jamaat -e -Islami Hafiz Naeem -ur -Rehman has said that all the major political parties in the country have turned away from public issues and come together only to protect their interests. He said that all parties are united at the time of salaries and Senate seats, but when it comes to the public’s inflation, electricity, gas and petrol crisis, everyone becomes silent.

He alleged that the sugar mafia was once again active. He said that 90 % of the 89 sugar mills belong to the N -League or the PPP, and every government has benefited these investors.
Hafiz Naeem -ur -Rehman claims that
“The sugar of Rs 60 per kg is now being sold in Shahbaz government for Rs 200, but no action is being taken against this mafia.”
He announced that Jamaat -e -Islami would hold strong protests at all divisional headquarters across the country on Sunday to make the rulers feel public problems.
Talking about petrol prices, Hafiz Naeem said that prices are raised every 15 days, whereas when prices in the global market are low, it is not benefited to the public.
He also criticized the RLNG agreements with Qatar and said that they had ignored Pakistan’s economic situation. He said that people in the industrial sector are demanding that they be allowed to import gas themselves so that they can continue production.
