Sugar prices skyrocket: Will the Pakistani people get relief?

The continuous increase in sugar prices across the country has become a problem that is directly affecting every individual. From tea to sweets, sugar is a basic component of our diet, but in the current circumstances, this component has also come under the grip of inflation. The price of sugar, which was once 80 to 100 rupees, has now exceeded 160 rupees.

Until the imported sugar reaches the market, local hoarding and artificial shortages may further burden the people. This is not a time for just claims, but for practical steps.
