Islamabad: Providing relief to the people worried about inflation, the federal government has announced a reduction in LPG prices across the country from June 1, 2025.
According to a notification issued by OGRA, the price of LPG per kg has been reduced by Rs 4.63, after which the new price has been fixed at Rs 240.53 per kg.
At the same time, the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has also been reduced by Rs 54.60, after which the new price has become Rs 2,838.31.
This decision is part of the government’s efforts to protect the common citizen from inflation by keeping energy prices under control. The new prices will be applicable across the country from Saturday, June 1, and OGRA has directed all distributors to ensure supply as per the new prices.
