At the start of the new year, Pakistanis have shown a positive attitude and optimism about their future. According to the Global Economic Gallup Survey, 51% of Pakistanis are optimistic about 2026, which is much higher than India’s 39% and the global average of 24%.
The survey also showed an improvement in Pakistan’s economic outlook: 53% of Pakistanis consider 2026 to be a year of prosperity.
The Pakistani people have also taken the lead in terms of peace, with 52 percent of Pakistanis hoping that peace will increase in the world, while in India this rate was only 26 percent.
This survey shows that Pakistan has seen the highest level of hope since 1994, which reflects the confidence and positive thinking of the country’s people.
