KARACHI: The price of gold has seen a sharp increase across the country, after which gold has reached a new high in the global market, including Pakistan. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola has increased to Rs 338,800 after a significant increase of Rs 10,000 today. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 8,573, after which the new price has been recorded at Rs 290,466. Gold prices also rose sharply in the global market, where gold rose by $100 to $3,218 per ounce. According to experts from the local market, the price of gold is likely to increase further due to the dollar value, global political situation, and increasing trend of investors.
