Market Analysis: Why Are Fuel Rates Fluctuating?
Under OGRA’s current daily pricing mechanism (effective Monday–Friday), ex-depot prices are updated daily based on SBP dollar rates and Platts Arab Gulf benchmarks. Petrol prices increased by Rs. 1.63 per litre while High Speed Diesel saw a surcharge of Rs. 1.55 per litre effective July 29, 2026.
