Islamabad: Today 27 new members were added to the federal cabinet, including 13 federal ministers, 11 ministers of state, and 3 advisers. The oath-taking ceremony was held at the President House, where President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath to the new members.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Chairman of the Senate Yousuf Raza Gilani, and First Lady Asifa Bhutto Zardari were also present at the ceremony. However, three members could not take the oath due to traffic jam.
