ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar met a delegation of the Cable Operators Association. The meeting discussed in detail the financial and legal issues faced by the cable industry. Ataullah Tarar assured to resolve the problems of cable operators on a priority basis. He said that cable operators are the main means of providing access to information sources to the public. He said that cable operators bring information to the people through news, educational programmes and documentaries.
