Islamabad — Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal, while addressing the ceremony of Youm-e-Takbir, said that Pakistan has not only crushed Indian pride but has also permanently ended the enemy’s courage to raise an evil eye. He said that Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state that does not compromise on its sovereignty and security.
Ahsan Iqbal said that when the world was encouraging us to refrain from nuclear explosions, at that time Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif took a bold decision and turned Pakistan into an invincible force. He said that this day is not only a day of nuclear success but also a symbol of national pride, self-reliance, and scientific progress.
He said that under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan defeated India by shooting down Rafale aircraft, which is proof that no one should doubt Pakistan’s military and technical capabilities. The Minister for Planning further said that along with national security, economic stability is also important, for which equipping the young generation with modern education and technology is the need of the hour.
