Lahore: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has confirmed that Pakistan and the United States have a strong relationship. He explained that his recent trip to the US was meant to improve these connections.
While visiting the Peco Road NADRA Center, Naqvi was asked by a reporter about a possible call from the US related to the PTI founder. He made a strong hand gesture, waving away any guesses.
In another question about PTI’s planned protest on February 8, Naqvi asked the party to think again about their choice, saying, “If they don’t listen like they did on November 26, we will respond appropriately.”
He mentioned his talks with important US Congress members and stressed that the visit will bring good results. Naqvi rejected rumors from social media and said, “Pakistan and the US have a strong relationship; some stories on social media are not true.”
