Islamabad: While a high-level delegation from Iran arrived in Pakistan for important diplomatic talks, on the other hand, a heartbreaking scene also emerged that affected everyone.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf shared a photo on social media during the flight, in which photos of innocent children who were martyred in the recent attacks were placed on the plane’s seats. These photos were accompanied by children’s bags, shoes and flowers, which were giving a silent but powerful message.
This special flight arrived in Islamabad under the name “Manab 168”, which commemorates the attack on a school in Manab on February 28. 168 people lost their lives in this attack, most of whom were children.
This move by the Iranian delegation is not only being described as an attempt to pay tribute to the martyrs but is also being considered an effective means of drawing the attention of the international community to the seriousness of this tragedy. On the diplomatic level, this delegation is also important in the context of the ongoing sensitive negotiations between Iran and the United States, in which experts from various fields have been included so that every aspect can be comprehensively reviewed.
