Sui Gas officials have announced a new schedule for winter, saying that gas supply will now be ensured across the country except in Quetta and Karachi under specific timings. According to officials, gas will be provided to domestic consumers at three different times daily from December to February.
According to the details, the first gas session in the morning will continue from 5:30 to 8:30 am, while the afternoon supply will be possible from 11:30 to 1:30 pm. The third gas session in the evening has been kept from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, giving priority to the main cooking time in homes.
The officials further clarified that it has been decided not to do gas load shedding for the industrial sector so that production activities are not disrupted. According to them, despite limited reserves, an attempt is being made to provide better facilities to domestic consumers.
