The political situation in Azad Kashmir is changing rapidly once again, and the name of the new Leader of the House is still vacant in the no-confidence motion against the current Prime Minister Anwarul Haq. Sources say that this name will be included before the motion is submitted.
According to sources, a sealed letter regarding the name of the new Prime Minister will be delivered to Muzaffarabad through President Asif Ali Zardari’s special envoy, after which the party’s consultation will be completed.
According to reports, the PPP has not yet given final approval to any name. Secretary General PPP Azad Kashmir Faisal Rathore clarified that the consultation process regarding the name of the Prime Minister is ongoing and the decision will be taken by the party leadership.
He said that Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will officially announce the name of the new Prime Minister.
According to the law, the presence of the name of the new Leader of the House is mandatory at the time of submitting the no-confidence motion, on the basis of which political activities have intensified and all eyes are now on the decision of the PPP.
