President Asif Ali Zardari has lauded China’s remarkable transformation, stating that the country has completely changed since his first visit 14 years ago due to massive economic development. In an interview with a Chinese television network, the President, who has visited China 16 to 17 times, highlighted the sense of warmth and acceptance he feels during every trip.
President Zardari emphasized a global focus on economic development instead of wars, advocating for peaceful coexistence and mutual respect for sovereignty. He stressed that the right to development is universal. He observed that China’s economy has strengthened, leading to prosperity and satisfaction among its citizens, and predicted a bright future where the entire East will collaborate with Beijing.
