Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s new feature, citizens can correct e-challans from home

Lahore: Punjab Safe Cities Authority has made the process of correcting e-challans easier for the public. Through the newly introduced e-challan review feature, citizens can now register their complaints from home.

According to the Safe City spokesperson, citizens will not only be able to verify the challan by visiting the website echallan.psca.gop.pk but will also be able to request a review if necessary. This facility saves citizens from the hassle of frequent offices or emails.

Moreover, now e-challans for traffic violations will not only be sent on mobile SMS but also through WhatsApp, so that citizens can be informed in time. According to officials, the aim is to make the system more transparent and people-friendly.
