Gold and silver prices in Pakistan recorded a significant increase on Wednesday, where gold per tola increased by Rs 13,900 to Rs 426,036.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs 11,917 to Rs 365,257.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs 10,925 to Rs 334,831.
The price of silver was also seen increasing. Silver per tola rose by Rs 295 to Rs 5,663, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs 253 to Rs 4,855.
On the other hand, the price of gold in the global market rose by $139 to $4,035 per ounce, while silver also rose by $2.95 to $51.85 per ounce.
It should be noted that the price of gold per tola in Pakistan remained at Rs 412,136 yesterday. With the increase in the prices of precious metals in the global market, the rates of gold and silver in the local bullion market also increased.
