These are official wholesale rates that commercial banks use when trading foreign currencies with each other.
This is the price the bank pays to buy foreign currency from you. If you bring foreign money to exchange into local currency, you get this rate.
This is the price the bank charges when selling foreign currency to you (for example, when sending money abroad or making international payments).
TT Clean refers to digital bank transfers (Telegraphic Transfers) without physical paperwork. OD stands for On Demand drafts or paper transfers.
Retail currency booths, exchanges, and credit card companies charge extra service fees or handling costs, so their prices are usually slightly higher or lower.
