Pakistan Stock Exchange sees sharp decline, 100 index drops 3667 points

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a sharp decline on the second day of the trading week, due to which billions of rupees of investors were lost. At the end of the trading, the 100 index fell by 3667 points and the index closed at 157,870 points from 161,538.
During the trading, the 100 index reached a low of 157,765 while it also reached a high of 161,516.

According to experts, the country’s economic uncertainty and political unrest had a negative impact on the market.
