Good News for Beneficiaries: December BISP Payments to Start From December 10

The government has released the schedule for the payments of the 8171 Benazir Program for December 2025, under which financial assistance will be provided to deserving families across the country before the end of the year. According to the official notification, the payments will be made in phases to avoid rush, mismanagement and wrong deductions.

Payments will start in Punjab from December 10, where the series will continue for ten days. In Sindh, the 12-day phase will start from December 12, while in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, payments will be made for nine days from December 14. Deserving families in Balochistan will be able to receive their money within eight days from December 15.

Payments will be made through BISP campuses and partner banks—Habib Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa and HBL Connect—the spokesperson said. The money will not be provided without biometric verification, so beneficiaries have been instructed to carry the original CNIC with them.

Who is eligible?

This month’s installment is for families whose NSER verification process has been completed, are considered low-income households, and women who are listed as primary beneficiaries in the program. Those who received the money in September or November will also remain included in this phase.

How to check 8171 status?

You can check your details on the 8171 web portal by registering your CNIC, or you can get the latest updates by sending your National Identity Card number to 8171.

Improvements and security measures

Biometric security has been further strengthened in the latest phase. Separate counters have been set up for women, senior citizens and disabled persons at the campsites. In addition, digital receipts will be issued for the first time, which will improve transparency.

According to the government, more than nine million families will receive financial assistance this month, and a zero-tolerance policy against illegal deductions will be strictly implemented.
