ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTI Barrister Gowher Ali Khan has said that Pakistan gave a befitting, timely, and effective response to India’s aggression, and this response was seen by the whole world. He said that the enemy has been comprehensively defeated and no one should doubt that Pakistan’s capabilities and determination are invincible.
In his statement, Barrister Gohar said that India was not deterred and had intentions to harm Pakistan, but the nation unitedly responded to the enemy and broke its pride. According to him, Pakistan defended in a responsible manner, and behind this were not political or personal interests, but national honor and sovereignty.
Terming the Pak-India ceasefire as a positive step, he said strong steps must be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. At the same time, Barrister Gauhar also highlighted the internal political situation of the country and said that if a ceasefire is possible from an enemy like India, then an atmosphere of understanding should also be created in the political arena.
He said that the PTI founder, who is the leader of the largest political party, is in jail and is not being allowed to meet the leadership or workers. Barrister Gauhar said that in the present national situation, unity, transparency, and mutual respect are the greatest needs of the hour.
