Lahore: A grand ceremony was held at the renowned religious institution of Jamia Naeemia in Lahore to mark Independence Day and Struggle for Truth. On this occasion, Chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology, Dr. Allama Raghib Hussain Naeemi, while speaking, said that Pakistan was achieved on the basis of the Holy Word and its system should be in the light of the Quran and Sunnah at all times.
He congratulated the Pakistani nation and armed forces for the historic defeat of India in the Battle of Haq and said that this success is proof that Pakistan is capable of defending itself. On this occasion, Allama Raghib Hussain Naeemi emphasized on unity, solidarity and adherence to religious values and said that this is the real strength of Pakistan.
