RATODERO – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has once again advised the coalition government against rendering unilateral choices while neglecting provincial issues.

Speaking at a news conference in Ratodero, Bilawal stated that the PPP has always given public concerns first priority and keeps developing the manifesto of Benazir Bhutto.

He underlined the security and financial difficulties the people confront as well as the importance of political leaders setting aside personal egos and cooperating for the sake of the nation. Pointing to the absence of coordinated decision-making in developmental budgets and projects, he said, “It feels like smaller provinces are not being treated fairly by the federation.”

The PPP chairman voiced worries about breaches of the Indus River System Authority (IRSA) agreement and said that unilateral project choices often cause controversy. With reference to the Kalabagh Dam, he said, “We also made sure it was not carried out as it was a one-sided choice. Such behavior cannot be successful.

Bilawal admitted the difficulties in government and related his own experience negotiating administrative obstacles. “We are trying to deliver even with restricted means. Still, the economic development reported on paper has to be advantageous for the general population,” he said.

Bilawal pointed out the necessity of a modernized strategy, especially in digital and internet infrastructure, criticizing out-of-date infrastructure regulations. “For our age, digital connection and fast internet mark progress. Often, internet speed is not improved but rather is dropped. Why do fish appear to often destroy only Pakistan’s underwater cables?” he asked.

The comments of Bilawal Bhutto advocate for inclusive government by stressing the importance of fair resource allocation and attending to provincial requirements while using a forward-looking strategy for infrastructure and economic growth.
