ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that India is an aggressive country. While Pakistan is the aggrieved party, it has the full right to defend itself under the UN Charter.
In a speech in the national assembly special session, Bilawal Bhutto said that Pakistan did not start the war but effectively responded to Indian aggression. He said the Pakistan Army bravely shot down five Indian aircraft and ensured public safety.
He accused India of making false propaganda and said that India wants to hide the massacre of civilians by making false claims of terrorist camps.
Bilawal Bhutto questioned that if India’s claims were true, why did it reject Pakistan’s offer of an independent investigation? He also called for an international investigation into the Indian-occupied Pahalgam.
