Karachi: Due to heavy rains, the Sindh government has announced that all government and private schools and colleges in the city will remain closed on Wednesday, August 20.
This announcement was made by Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah. He said that keeping in mind the weather conditions, educational institutions will remain closed on Wednesday.
In this regard, the Technical Board has also decided to postpone the exams scheduled for Wednesday, while Lyari University has announced a holiday on Wednesday.
It should be noted that rains have been continuing in Karachi city since Tuesday morning, due to which educational and civic activities are being affected.
