Field Marshal Asim Munir, Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), along with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, has wrapped up a successful three-day official visit to Iran. The visit, confirmed by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), was marked by significant discussions on promoting peace and stability in the region.
According to the ISPR statement, the discussions largely revolved around fostering “sustainable peace” by addressing the evolving security dynamics in the region.
Emphasis was placed on diplomatic engagements and the importance of collaborative efforts to ensure enduring stability.
Field Marshal Munir reiterated the importance of dialogue, de-escalation of tensions, and resolving issues peacefully through sustained diplomatic efforts.
This visit highlights Pakistan’s continued commitment to regional cooperation and the peaceful resolution of outstanding matters.
