Investors return to Pakistan Stock Exchange; 100 index increases by 719 points

Karachi: Although the business day at the Pakistan Stock Exchange started cautiously on Friday, a strong rally was seen in the market after noon, which brought a wave of joy to the faces of investors.

The 100 Index gained 719 points, and at the end of the business, the index closed at 119,691 points. During the business day, the index touched a level of 119,913, while the lowest level was 118,771.

580 million shares were traded in the market, worth more than Rs 22 billion. According to investors, the improvement in the market was due to government measures and hopes for stability in monetary policy.
