Tehran Reaffirms Military Capabilities as National Right

Iran has strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baqai said that the recent attacks have resulted in casualties and the destruction of several buildings and homes.

Esmail Baqai described the Israeli operations in southern Lebanon as highly condemnable and expressed concern over the damage caused by the attacks. The Iranian spokesman also highlighted the damage to civilian areas and property in his statement.

On the other hand, according to Arab media reports, despite ongoing talks on an agreement regarding Lebanon, Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon have continued.

The reports state that on the one hand, diplomatic contacts are ongoing between the parties to reach an agreement and reduce tensions, while on the other hand, reports of military operations regarding southern Lebanon are emerging.

This situation has highlighted the gap between the ground situation and diplomatic efforts during the negotiations. However, the details of incidents and losses may differ in the reports coming from different sources.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry statement reflects Tehran’s position, while Arab media reports on the attacks are based on separate sources. It is not possible to independently verify all claims based on the information available, so it is important to see these details by attributing them to the relevant parties and sources.

The situation in southern Lebanon comes at a time when diplomatic efforts are underway to reduce tensions in the region and make progress on an agreement on Lebanon. The upcoming negotiations and the situation on the ground will be important factors influencing this process.
