Pakistan and Poland agree on joint action against illegal immigration

An important meeting was held in Islamabad between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the Deputy Interior Minister of Poland, in which Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry and Pakistani Ambassador Muhammad Sami also participated. The meeting discussed ways to further strengthen relations between the two countries and increase cooperation in new areas.

During the discussion, it was decided that Pakistan and Poland will improve contacts at the government level so that effective solutions to common problems can be found. The two countries agreed to expand the scope of cooperation in various areas, including illegal immigration, border security and mutual legal assistance.

On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said that illegal immigration is a very sensitive issue for Pakistan, and strict action is being taken against the groups involved in it. He said that the capacity of the Coast Guards is being increased to further improve maritime security.

The meeting is being described as a positive development in bilateral relations.
