President Zardari appoints Justice Aminuddin Khan as first Chief Justice of Federal Constitutional Court

President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the appointment of Justice Aminuddin Khan as Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court. This approval was given on the recommendation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Justice Aminuddin Khan will be the first Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, which has been established to decide cases related to the constitution. This move is being termed as a new development in the country’s judicial system.

It should be noted that Justice Aminuddin Khan is retiring at the end of this month. His appointment as the first Chief Justice is being seen as a recognition of his judicial services.
