Karachi: PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja confirmed during a media session outside Quaid’s Shrine in Karachi that Imran Khan’s written letters successfully reached their targets for reading. The letter-writing process by Imran Khan does not resemble an NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) because he has not asked for any form of pardon for himself. During his media appearance Raja disclosed Imran Khan asserted his position as the last person who will leave jail.
PTI maintains its support for the people while running for office based on principles rather than power ambitions according to Salman Akram Raja. The party maintains active interaction exclusively with political organizations that do not participate within the government. According to the PTI official the city of Karachi handed PTI 22 seats but those seats were later taken away. He demonstrated his support for people in Sindh regarding their water problem while asserting that people hold real power according to Quaid-e-Azam’s original vision yet this principle has been lost in the present day.
The PTI leader quoted Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to emphasize that Jinnah wanted Pakistan to develop into a democratic nation which PTI upholds through its political practice of Jinnah’s ideology. PTI works to create a welfare state that follows the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
During the address Asad Qaiser from PTI pointed out that “thieves” now control the political mandate which PTI’s founding leader originally earned. The leader denounced the increasingly dire situation across Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces because the areas have lost all functionality. He expressed his worries about Karachi by noting that the city faces worsening law enforcement and escalating street crime while vandalism has destroyed Karachi beyond repair.
