Talking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Barrister Gauhar said that the PTI founder had not been able to meet anyone since November 4, but today finally one of his sisters was allowed to meet. According to him, if these meetings had been held earlier, many concerns could have been automatically eliminated.
Barrister Gauhar said that keeping the PTI founder in continuous isolation is actually tantamount to isolating the majority of the people. He said that although the meeting of the party leaders has not taken place yet, Uzma Khan has met and encouraging information has come out about the health of the PTI founder.
He said that the founder of PTI is not only fully conscious but also keeping a close eye on party matters. According to Gohar, he himself has decided to nominate Shahid Khattak as parliamentary leader, which is proof that he is taking a keen interest in party policies.
