PSL 11 Tickets to Go on Sale from March 17 as Pakistan Super League Expands to Eight Teams

The official date for the sale of tickets for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League has been announced, after which the excitement among cricket fans regarding the event has increased.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL 11 tickets will be available for sale from March 17. In the first phase, tickets will be released for sale online from 12 noon.

Fans will be able to buy tickets for the cricket event online as well as physically. For this purpose, tickets can also be obtained from the website of a private courier company and its designated centers.

A major change in this season of PSL is that for the first time, 8 teams will participate in the league, while a total of 44 matches will be played during the entire tournament.

The tournament matches will be held in Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad and Peshawar. This year, Faisalabad and Peshawar will host PSL matches for the first time.

Regarding ticket prices, it has been reported that general tickets in Lahore and Karachi will start from Rs 250, while tickets will be available from Rs 300 in Faisalabad and Rs 400 in Multan and Rawalpindi. A maximum of 8 tickets are allowed to be purchased on one identity card.

A limited number of e-ticket facilities will also be provided in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi. In addition, a family enclosure has been allocated for the Peshawar Zalmi and Pindez match on March 28 at the Imran Khan Stadium in Peshawar, where VIP family zone tickets will be available for about Rs 2000.

Moreover, corporate boxes will also be available in the stadiums of Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi, while tickets for different galleries will be sold in all the stadiums.

PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer says that the sale of tickets for the 11th edition of the league is the beginning of a new era. He said that efforts have been made to keep the ticket prices reasonable so that maximum fans can come to the stadium and enjoy the matches.

He added that with the inclusion of new teams, new rivalries and exciting competitions will be seen in the league and it is expected that this year’s season will also prove to be memorable for the fans.
