The British news agency has said in its report that an interim framework is being considered to end the ongoing tension in the region, but several important and controversial issues still need to be resolved.
According to the report, the plan under consideration will be based on a limited memorandum of understanding rather than a comprehensive peace agreement, which indicates the deep differences between the two sides. The news agency says that the proposed framework consists of three different phases.
In the first phase, an official end to the war and a ceasefire will be announced. In the second phase, the focus will be on the Strait of Hormuz crisis, where the restoration of global oil trade and maritime transport will be of central importance.
According to experts, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz has created uncertainty in global markets, so any partial progress is being considered a major diplomatic success.
The report further states that the third phase will begin with a 30-day negotiation process, during which detailed discussions will be held for a more comprehensive and long-term agreement.
According to diplomatic observers, this framework may be temporary, but if progress is made on it, there may be expectations of reducing tensions in the region and stabilizing the global energy supply chain.
