Announcement of party position in the National Assembly: 123 seats for PML-N

Islamabad: The National Assembly Secretariat has released the latest figures of party position in the House after the distribution of reserved seats.
According to the announcement, the total number of seats of the ruling party PML-N has reached 123, including 13 reserved seats that were recently returned.
After getting 4 reserved seats, the PPP’s seats in the House have increased to 74.
The total number of MQM-P members is 22, while the number of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) seats has increased to 10.
According to the announcement, the total number of seats in the National Assembly is 336, of which the number of independent members is 5, while the number of members of the Sunni Ittehad Council is 80.
According to analysts, the political balance in the House has changed once again after the return of reserved seats, and the role of these parties is being considered important in the upcoming legislation.
