The price of gold in Pakistan rose to Rs. 283,200 for each tola on its latest update.
KARACHI: Pakistan experienced a further increase of Rs. 300 per tola in gold prices today. The current market value has reached Rs. 283,200 per tola in today’s gold trading.
Data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association shows that 10 grams of gold now stands at Rs. 242,798 following a price rise by Rs. 257.
International gold markets show a three-dollar increase bringing the current price to $2,711 per ounce. The current surge continued yesterday as gold prices increased by Rs. 500 per tola in our local market.
Experts suggest that Pakistan’s rising gold prices stem from its weakened Rupee against US Dollar while economic instability pushes investors to seek protection in gold investments.
