Prime Minister to inaugurate modern business train on July 19, new service equipped with modern facilities

Lahore (Web Desk): Pakistan Railways has announced to run a new business train equipped with modern travel facilities, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Lahore on July 19.

This modern business train will include 28 coaches, which have been upgraded according to international standards. These coaches will be provided with comfortable seats, digital systems, a high-quality dining car, and free Wi-Fi for passengers.

According to a sources, this project is part of the ongoing digital reform campaign of the railways, which aims to promote the ticketing system, improvement of stations, and effective partnership with the private sector.

Moreover, officials say that the Railways has also significantly increased the income of brake vans and goods coaches through transparent outsourcing.

Railway sources say that the launch of the business train will not only ensure a modern, safe, and comfortable travel experience for passengers but will also prove to be a positive step towards the revival of Pakistan Railways.
